Terms of Service

1. Service

Isoma is a software service that generates 3D isometric renders from 2D floor plans using AI models. Isoma is operated by Dora Kreative, a business registered in Albania ("Dora Kreative", "we", "us"). When you purchase or use Isoma, you are contracting with Dora Kreative. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use Isoma you accept these terms. If you use Isoma on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract.

2. Pricing and credits

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and exclude any applicable local taxes. 1 credit equals 1 render. Free accounts receive 3 render credits on signup. Paid plans: Starter €19/month (30 renders) and Pro €49/month (120 renders + batch upload up to 50 plans). Top-up packs (10 credits / €12 and 50 credits / €45) are one-off purchases and never expire.

Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Top-up credits accumulate and are consumed after plan credits.

3. Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly. For international customers, your card is charged automatically at the start of each billing period by our reseller, Paddle. For customers paying with an Albanian card through our local processor, we email you a "renew now" link before your plan credits expire and show a renewal banner in your billing dashboard. In both cases you may cancel at any time from your billing page and you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current period.

If you do not renew, your account falls back to the free tier limits. Top-up credits you have already purchased remain available.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

4. Refunds and revision policy

AI can misread complex plans. Every render passes an automated fidelity check with corrective retries — retries are free to you. If a render is delivered with a layout error we did not catch, contact support and we will credit a revision to your account.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds for orders placed through our reseller are processed by Paddle — request one at paddle.net or by contacting our support team, who will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf. For orders placed through our local Albanian processor, contact support directly and we will refund to the original payment method.

5. Acceptable use

You may upload only floor plans you own or have permission to process. You may not use Isoma to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or that impersonates a real property in a misleading way.

You must not misuse the service. This includes: any unlawful use; fraud, spam or abuse of trial credits; infringing the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; interfering with the security or integrity of the service (malware, probing, penetration testing without permission, automated scraping, circumventing rate limits or credit accounting); reverse engineering the service; or reselling or redistributing the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Isoma, in whole or in part, with or without notice where reasonably necessary, if: (a) you materially breach these terms, including the acceptable-use section above; (b) your account is in non-payment or a charge is reversed or disputed; (c) we identify a security, fraud or abuse risk arising from your account; or (d) you repeatedly or seriously violate our policies or applicable law. Where the breach is capable of remedy and the risk allows, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to fix it first.

You may stop using Isoma and close your account at any time. On termination your right to use the service ends immediately, unused plan credits are forfeited, and we will delete your projects, plans and renders in line with our Privacy Policy. You can export your renders before closing your account. Termination does not affect refund rights described above or any rights that have already accrued.

7. Your content and IP

You retain all rights to the floor plans you upload and to the renders you receive (subject to third-party model terms). We grant you a license to use the output for any lawful commercial or personal purpose, including marketing and client deliverables.

Dora Kreative retains all rights in the Isoma service itself — its software, pipeline, documentation, models, prompts and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your uploaded content solely to provide the service to you.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". Isoma is a visualization tool and does not replace architectural drawings, engineering plans, or measurements. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

9. Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Albania, and the courts of Tirana, Albania have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
